Does the LOTUS Mattress sleep hot?
The LOTUS Mattress is designed to help keep you cool as you fall asleep and remain cool through the night. The top layer of the LOTUS Mattress uses open-air cell technology, which moves heat away from your body faster than traditional memory foam, providing you with a comfortable sleep without overheating.
How does the trial work?
The LOTUS Mattress is covered by a 100 Night Trial, providing more than three months from the date of delivery to decide if you love it as much as our other Canadian customers do. To begin your 100 Night Trial, simply purchase a LOTUS Mattress of any size from mylotus.ca. If, for any reason, you’re not 100% satisfied with the LOTUS Mattress, simply reach out to our Customer Care team.
While they may have a few questions to ask you about your experience with the mattress, our Customer Care Specialists will walk you through the mattress return process at your request, and arrange for a no-hassle pickup and, where possible, donation of the returned mattress at no charge to you.
